我是H4签证，LD是H1b，我自己开了个LLC. 现在LD公司要帮我file H4 Extension,填表时候有一个问题如下:

Have you been employeed in the U.S. since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?
-Say "No".

If no, describe how you are financially supporting yourself? 
-Supported by your spouse and your own investment.  

上一次填表写的是 depending my spouse's income. 想请问8老师，1）这问题应该怎么回答，是还是像上次那样写，还是写我自己有LLC分红（说passive income)？ 2

）我开LLC和分红 是否有必要告知sponsor H1b的公司和律师
-Not need.
