Is it possible to get H1B without 2 year residence or J1 waiver?
-Technically, you can not get the H-1 without J-1 waiver (based on immigration law), but sometimes USCIS may not be careful/serious, and thus approve some J-1 holder's H-1 application without J-1 waiver.
