1，申请了白皮书，是否意味着以前的居住时间清零？
-Not really unless you stay outside US continuously for > 180 days.
2，使用了白皮书呢？
-Same answer  as above.
3，如果在境外时间不到4个月，是否可以不使用白皮书？
-Not need it unless you will stay outside US for > one year.

4，申请白皮书的话，除了时间精力，还有什么代价？
-Application fee.
