老师，请教了。我妻子13毕业后因为第一次h1b没抽到，导致今年h1b抽到了但有gap. 她在4-8月间用挂靠学校的CPT工作。现在公司律师说要保住即将生效的h1b，公司允许十月后来上班，但是必须在8-10月仍保持f1。但是为保持需花的学费高的离谱要1万多美金。

请问为保持两个月的身份有什么方法么？

如果她回国休假两个月再h1b签证出来可以么？谢谢！
-Yes. Just visit China and get the H-1 visa, and come back after September 21, 10 days before the H-1 is effective on Oct. 1 or later.
