我是加拿大公民，拿J1 签证在美国工作了一段时间，现在需J1waiver。因为家在Detroit， at the border of canada. 如果我在加拿大靠近美国的边境找着工作， 我可不可以晚上回美国， 白天在加拿大工作。 这样算J1 Waiver吗？
-No. You need to file J-1 waiver as most people usually do or need to live in Canada physically for at least two years.
