拿了绿卡4年半了。请问我现在可以递交 入籍申请表吗？
-You only can file N-400 after you got the green card for at least 4 years and 9 months.

 另外，直接交到移民局local办事处吗？入籍有什么问题怎么找 移民官员问呢？
