请教八老师：Hib加急延期被批准了。一并申请的H4还没动静。该怎么办？正常么

-Yes, But why do you feel so urgent for H-4 approval? If you want to visit China now, just go and use your spouse's new H-1 approval for the H-4 visa application and reenter US, and ignore the pending H-4.
