好不容易到了我的排期，收到我的485 RFE LETTER.我是2009年申请的NIW

我现在是薄厚，我的HR MANAGER 死活不愿意说我的职位是permanent.

如果我的EVL LETTER没有说明permanent，这个应该没什么问题吧？
-May just say "This position has no definite term and Dr XXX (your name) will ordinarily have an expectation of continued employment".
By the way, you had better use "Research Associate" as your job title, not Ppstdoc., if it is OK to your school.

 这个 evl letter可否让我的博后老板签？或者让我们系的division head签？
-Had better is signed by HR Director. But if not available from HR, the Division Head's signature  is OK.
