现情况， 主申请人会先递交485申请，副申请人要在2周后才能递，（因体检报告没ready)

当副申请人递时，一定要有主申请人485的receipt 吗？
-Yes, it must. But he/she can file I-485 with you without the physical exam report. Then, provide it when USCIS send the RFE for this report.

不知从递485到接到receipt,需要很长时间吗？
-2 to 3 weeks or more, case by case.
