I do see a potential issue with filing an H-3 followed by an H-1B. When a US employer files an H-3 visa, they are basically requesting that you be allowed to train in the U.S. so that you can return to your home country and use that training to further your career OUTSIDE the U.S. If the company later files an H-1B, then it may cause the immigration service to question the company's intention in filing the H-3 in the first place.
-This lawyer's comment is very reasonable. Although technically you can change H-3 to H-1b, practically USCIS may not approve it unless your employer has very convincing reason, especially your H-3 status will be too long (18 months, not < 6 months). So, you should discuss this kind of issue with your employer and lawyer carefully before you apply for H-3.

我现在很为难，不知该申请H3 还是用在秋季继去课程REGISTER CLASSES和用CPT工作。八老师， 请建议。谢谢，
