A question on required documents by I-485

I have approved I-140 and I am filling in I-485. Page 4 in the I-485 instruction states, "A copy of the approval notice for an immigrant petition that makes a visa number immediately available to you" is required. I guess it refers to the I-140 approval notice but I amm not sure. There are people say that it refers to all I-20, EAD, all H1b approval notice, and I-140 approval notice. Can anyone please let me know which answer is correct? Thanks!
