did your wife provide the I-94 of her last entry in Nov (print it out online) for I-485 filing. If no, USCIS may feel confused. Actually your wife did not need to mention her previous status gap and need to report and explain any her previous status for I-485 filing. She just needed to report her last entry, and provide the visa page and I-94 for the last entry when she filed I-485. Thus, USCIS may not feel confused.
