绿卡RENEW问题请教

在绿卡RENEW的表 , 

1) Location where you applied immigrant visa or adjusted of status: 

485 的RECEIT 最下面写的是 NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER, 就是这个Location?


2) Location where immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where adjusted of status was granted:

485 Interview 的NOTICE 的地址 是当地的LOCAL OFFICE.

可是 485 的 WELCOME NOTICE 最下面写的是 National Benefit Center.

这就有点糊涂了, 到底应该写哪个呢, Local Office 还是 National Benefit Center?
