the question on my I-485

 

Dear all teachers,

I have questions about my case of I-485:

I have submitted the green card application (EB-1B) (I-140 and I-485 together, by lawyer) at Feb. then at March, we received the notice of Finger Print (FP), and I finished the FP at Mar. but during Feb and Mar, from USCIS website, I check my case status with application number of I-140 and I-485. The website always showed that “at this time, we cannot find your case in our record”. Then at April, I use the premium plan (PP), and at end of April, my I-140 was approved, and I received the approval notice of I-140. But until today, when I check my case status of I-485 with application number, it was still showed “at this time, we cannot find your case in our record“. I really do not know what has happened for my case of I-485. I ask the lawyer, he did not give me some answers.

So at this condition, what should I do about my application of I-485, receipt date is at 02/25/2014, until today, it has past three (3) month. No any information from check case status of USCIS website.
