现持有L1B，可以再延2年，大概到2016年到期。公司计划L1B到期后转H1B。现公司赞助申请续卡，但不会在两年内解决。我的问题是何时启动H1B的申请最好？是现在还是在L1B快到期的时候？会不会有冲突？
