父亲的绿卡最近收到了，但是发现有效期的起止时间错了，起点应该是05/03/2014， 移民局印成了05/03/2013， 请问我需要打电话请他们更正吗？
-Your father needs to file I-90 to get the replacement with correct information (return the wrong card with I-90 filing). There is not I-90 filing fee in this case.
