再问一下：“just change B-2 to F-1 within US” 这句话应怎么理解。她护照上已经有F-1签证了。还要在美国重签一次吗？
-That means filing I-539 to change B2 to F-1 and it is irrelevant to the F-1 visa. Talk to the school international student office and they will help her.
另外如果她re-enter US，海关能知道她在美国结婚生孩子过吗？
-I don't know what will affect her to reenter US after she marries you. It is may be OK, but may be not.
