我LP是H4, 最近一个大学研究所愿意给她办H1b，但据那研究所说要花至少一年以上的时间办为她H1b？
-It is not true for the non-cap H-1. I think they are confused between the cap-H-1 (e.g. sponsored by a private company) and non-cap H-1 (e.g. sponsored by a university or non-profit research institute).

我知道正常办H1b要不了这么长时间，加急的话一个月就可以搞定。
