8老师,谢谢您的指点. 虽然律师还是没有会我的email,但是我昨天晚上收到USCIS 的auto email saying:

On May 8, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

既然140已经批了，我也就不用再理会律师之前让我重新file 140的信了。 多谢您的指导。
