现在工作5月3日截止，6月之前会有一学校的offer，大概8月中开始工作。
现在得H1b有效至2015年12月31日，但现在学校的律师说5月3日以后就应该失效了。
我该怎么办？
-If the new employer can file the H-1 transfer in about one month, it should be fine because USCIS does not know you were laid off yet (it takes time for USCIS to cancel your current H-1), and you can provide your recent 3 month paycheck stubs including the latest one in May. So, talk to your new school to do the paperwork for H-1 transfer once you get the offer. At the worst, your H-1 transfer still will be approved, but it may have no I-94, and thus you just need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back. Nothing is serious.
