我去年在A公司抽到了H1-B,可还没等到去年十月一日用上就到另一个州的B公司工作了（用的TN），而且A公司律师不知如何准备的文件这个H1-B到今年十月一日就到期了（一年的 H1-B），也就是说这A公司的H1-B根本还没用上就要过期了。B公司答应明年给办H1-B。我还要明年四月一日再抽签吗？还是可以按Transfer来办? 我有去年移民局H1-B的批准号。
-Your case is a little complicate. If A Company withdrew the approval H-1 before Oct. 2013, then you will need a new quote for your new H-1. If the H-1 was withdrawn after Oct. 1 2013, or  not withdrawn at all, then you do  not need a new quote, but it resulted in another problem: that is this old H-1 should have overridden your TN on Oct. 1 2013 and thus, you actually have no legal status and have illegally worked since Oct. 1 2013 because you did not work for the H-1 sponsor.

You had better consult an immigration lawyer.
