各位老师，我过去两年到目前都在国内工作，目前有打算年内回美国。请问可以现在就为父母申请绿卡吗？
-Yes. But your parents only can enter US after they get the immigration visa, and they can not enter US using B2 visa after you file I-130 fro them.

USCIS那里会不会觉得有问题？
-No problem at all. You have tow choices:
1. File I-130 to the USCIS International Office in Guangzhou or Beijing, China (depends on where you live) and this will make the process faster. See this website:

2. File I-130 to USCIS in US as people do in US. See this website:
