求教8老师: I-485 change job

worked for Company A and got PERM and I140 approved. Then left A and working for company B, but (company B policy) need to wait for 1 year to submit new PERM..

The priority date is current, and Company A would like to submit I485 for me. My question is I have to work for company A after I485 approved? or when I have to work for company A? Is that possible to stay with company B and not change?
