我们已经file了485. 收到485收据和打完指纹后，副申请人回国了，准备申请H4签证返美。
1） 如果主申请人485批准，而副申请人的485还没批准，副申请人还能拿H4签证进入美国吗？
-No. It will be big problem in this case.
2） 现在担心一种情况：如果主，副申请人485批准时间有先后。如果副申请人的485拖到6月份，而排期倒退了，副申请人短期不能拿卡，不知道还能不能拿H4签证入境？
-Same answer as above. So, He/she needs to come back to US as soon as possible if you predict your I-485 will be approved very soon (e.g. PD is current, etc.).
3） 寄AP卡回去，入关风险多大？副申请人在还没拿到AP前回国，理论上，AP是不能用了。
但如果要这样用，洛杉矶入关会查吗？
-Yes, AP holder normally will be checked in a separate small house for 10 to 30 minutes when entering US. The AP can not be used in this case because it is approved after the H-4 holder left US.
