我和我丈夫一起报税， 在给我父母办绿卡时， 我需要填I-864 or I-864a, or both?
-If you want to use all the family income (yours and your spouse's) to support your parents' green card application, you need to file I-864 and your spouse needs to file I-864A together.  If you just use your personal income, then you just need to file I-864 only.
