女儿在加拿大出生, 爸爸是美国公民,现在人在美国,可以直接给她申请美国公民吗? 如行该怎样去申请?
-She is already a US citizen automatically, not need to 申请. She can file N-600 to get the US citizenship certificate or directly apply for the US passport.
