 那么请问８老师，如果新公司不给办绿卡，H１B延期只能延１年，
-File the extension before the PD is current to extend it for another 3 years.

最多允许延几次呢？


能不断地延下去吗？
-Yes as long as the old employer does not withdraw the approved I-140. But he/she may find a new company who will sponsor the green card if the current company will not sponsor the green card.
