我父亲的证明应该就是户口本吧？
 

但是我本人的户口本那一页还是出国前的纪录（也就是说是错误的信息），这样也能公正户口本吗？
-Yes, of course!. It is not "错误的信息", but it is out of date. This 户口本 is the proof of the relationship between you and your parents and it does not matter it is out of date or not, just like your US passport is your US citizenship proof no matter whether it expires or not (of course, you can not use expired passport to travel).
 

另外我本人的医院出生证明没有我的名字，只有妈妈的信息，和记录何时生产的一名婴儿。 是否我重新让医院开的出生证明里需要有父亲的名字？
 

现在很着急，因为要87天把证明寄给移民局。多谢帮忙！
