办绿卡EB２广告一定要同公司内部招人的广告一致吗？公司招我这位置需要１０年工作经验。我只有５年工作经验，如果用公司内部招人的广告(需要１０年工作经验)，感觉PERM批下来都悬。请问８老师，该怎么说服律师呢？愁死我了，谢谢８老师！
