-EB2 position just needs Master's degree or above and not need any working experience. Bachelor degree plus 5 years of working experience is also qualified for EB2 position. If an EB2 position requires ten years of experience, DOL may question this position advertisement and deny your PERM application because DOL may consider your employer intend to eliminate the US citizen/green card holder applicants.
