My lawyer told my employer that they don't have to pay me until I get the green card. But later on, my exployer found some notes in very small letter on the ETAform saying that they need to pay me once the labor certificate is granted. That's how they got confused and hesitated. I was confused too and eager to know the truth. unluckily, my lawyer is out of town this week, that's why I got really anxious.

It was also my lawyer who suggested me to have my exployer sign the form first without telling him the prevailing wage.
