Green Card for Accountant

Hi! Do you know or are you a Canadian Accountant (CA/CGA) working in the States? Is it easy to go from TN to H1B to LC and Green Card at last? Some people said it's not easy for foreigners working as accountant to get Green Card. Would appreciate your feedback very much!
