deny notice说的是：after review, we have reopened the above application or petition, or reconsidered the decision previously issued. You will receive a notice under separate cover once all action ahs benn completed，最后收到的notice说Your request to withdraw your I539 has benn noted for the record. The withdrawal of this cas is a final action for which there are not appeal or motion rights.。可是我之前F2 被approve过，然后收到的deny notice我就不知道approve时是不是H1就自动失效了，8老师说是的。
