8老师，可是我回国还能签H1 visa吗还是必须公司重新提交一个H1的application approve后我才能去申请呢？我不知道，我们律师说我的H1还是有效的我就不知道为什么他们这么说，而且还是2个律师都这么说的，但是我心里总是觉得不对。
-If your F-2 was not approved and then, withdrawn, then you are OK. But you are not sure it, are you? So, you had better get the visa to come back, in case there is big potential trouble in the future. As long as your current H-1 approval notice does not expire yet and the employer never withdraw it, you can use it to get the H-1 visa, not need to file another H-1 petition.
