我不知道我的case是不是史无前例的，找了律师，律师不懂，自己公司律师我又不放心。

去年年底交了I５３９要转F２，然后pending的时候交了withdraw想继续工作，tracking uscis收到了，结果过了十几天我的F２ approve了，赶快跟老板说明整个过程他也找了公司律师商量说，等等看。结果拿到手的approval notice打成了F１，给uscis打电话要求纠正顺便问了withdraw的事情。过了１周收到了amended的notice写的F２，然后过了几天收到了deny notice说我的case reopen了，又过了几天收到了notice withdraw acknowledge了。公司的律师讨论说我应该又回到了H１，老板也很开心说我继续工作，然后之前因为F２闹的approve的日子没有工作的日子用pto付给我来保证H１ keep pay. 公司移民律师说也不要联系uscis了，就继续工作，可是他们也没有跟uscis去确认，他们也不要我去确认。 

可是我的问题是中途这样折腾，在当时F２approve的时候移民局会revoke我的H１吗？我现在到底是H１还是啥都不是呢？如果USCIS revoke了公司回收到notice吗？我老板是没有申请revoke的，现在也没有收到任何notice说revoke了我的H1。
-Based on your description, it seems your F-2 was approved before it was withdrawn (mistakenly as F-1, but actually F-2). Thus, your original H-1 was invalid automatically due to status change to F-2. Then, your F-2 was withdrawn and that means you don't have a legal status since then.
So, my suggestion to you is that you had better go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back as soon as possible (do it before 180 days from the date F-2 was approved). Thus, you will be safe completely. I don't know how your lawyer did not realize this issue is very serious.
