请问爸爸，妈妈，奶奶一起签探亲签证的可能性大吗？

我们家就我一个孩子，在美工作。妈妈来过美国一次，待了8个月(延期，但没住满1年)。现在，我想请爸爸，妈妈，奶奶，一起签证来看看，签到的概率大吗？有什么小窍门吗？请指教。
