3年加拿大分部Manager经验，今年被派往美国分部担任Manager，直接向CEO汇报工作。
持L1-A签证。需要在美国工作多久才能申请绿卡？
-Because you had been the Manager position for 3 years (> one year) before you entered US using L-1A visa, you can apply for the green card any time using EB1C category (not need to wait). Talk to a lawyer and your employer.
