2.my lawyer talked with my boss convince him GC application is really long processing, 3 to 5 years. so finally my boss signed. but he did give me a 10% raise after I worked for a full year. so I could reach the prevailing wage in 3 or 4 years.
I had similar experience, so I understand your situation. try to talk with your lawyer and let them help...the only thing I don't understand is why you don't have the prevailing wage first, before your boss sign ETA750 form?
