-Yes. Your parents can file I-485 any time based on your I-130 no matter they legally stay or illegally stay.
 
非移民和移民可以同时交吗?
-If they file extension application before I-485 filing, they can file I-485 any time. If they file I-485, they don't need to file B2 extension.
