我的Last day 是下周五（2月28日），公司说Once you stop working you are technically "out of status"。并且说公司will withdraw your H-1B within 30 days of your termination。这将是3月30日。

你建议的上策对我已经不可能。想证实一下，GAP应该是从2月28日开始？采用中策我必须在2月28日前离开？

公司HR建议尽快找到新公司，或者Change your status to a B2 (tourist)。想请教：

转成B2，如果新公司聘用我，能否延续我现有的H1B，或我只有TN一条路走？

能否指点转成B2的利和弊？

如果要转B2，有何规定？也要在2月28日前filing? 若果转B2是否可以自己转？请指点，
