请问8老师, 邀请父亲探亲签证问题

My mother passed away a couple months ago, Now I am inviting my father for a visit. There is a question about filling the DS-160 .
For item 8-2, Family information: Spouse. Does it still need to put my mother's information in there? or just put in 'deceased'?
