回复：如5月才能拿到硕士文凭，4月1日是否可以硕士学位申请H1B？

请问8老师和经验人士：如果5月份才能拿到硕士毕业文凭（after graduate Ceremony）, 4 月1日能否以硕士学位申请H1B （硕士学位10门课已修了9门，这个学期只修一门）？
-Yes if your school can issue a letter stating that all degree requirements have been completed and you provide your complete transcripts which reflect the actual course work completed. So, you need to get your final grade before April 1.



如果不能的话，以中国本科学位申请，中文的成绩单和文凭是否可以自己翻译，还是要学校发英文的原件？是否可以公证这两个文件如果找学校不方便？非常感谢！
-中国本科学位 needs to be evaluated by a credential evaluation organization before it is used for H-1 application.
