8老师您好：我的perm被Audit，被要求重新打广告招聘，并且在他们的监督下进行。是否意味被拒的可能性大大增加，我应该怎么办？
-It is possible some US citizens or green card holders will compete for this position with you and If your employer can not find a qualified applicants, you still have good chance to get the PERM approval. Because this recruitment is under DOL 监督下进行, it is very difficult for your employer to use some excuses to deny the other applicants, thus it depends on how you are lucky. You can not do anything and just wait.
