-Do you have any law/policy from USCIS or CBP to justify your conclusion or it is just your speculation? The USCBP documents I cited above is still valid, don't you think so? When we discuss something on immigration, we should base on the immigration law/policy and believe most immigration officers follow the law to do their job. Otherwise, it doesn't make sense to discuss it if it is just based on some specific cases which may result from the immigration officer's mistake.
