以楼主的案例,现在搞I-140实在是给自己改签TN添堵.除非改签时能拿得出很强的与加拿大的纽带关系来证明自己

In other words, no matter whether you have filed I-140 or not, the requirement for TN applicant is not different or we can say I-140 filing is irrelevant to TN application. This is different from the requirement for F-1, B2, etc.
