问题1：Eb1a 同时递交140和485，如140被据，H1b到期时，还能申请TN吗？
-If you file I-485, you can not get the TN anymore. So, you had better not file I-485 unless your I-140 is approved. By the way, H1b到期 is irrelevant to TN application (not affect it).
 

        2：如果持TN时递140和485，485被据，是不是就不能工作了？
