what's you and your spouse's status? If either of you has U.S. green card (or US citizenship), then you child has U.S. citizenship. Apply US passport and then apply Chinese visa. If none of you have US green card or US citizneship, then you child is Chinese citizen according to Chinese Nationality Law. Go to Chinese consulate and apply a trave documents.
