我刚才网上搜了一下， 看到USCIS有这么个规定214.2(f)(15)(ii): Restriction 

on F2 study 

An F2 

dependent who wishes to engage in full time 

study must apply and be approved for a change 

in status to F1 before enrolling in a full course of 

study. An F2 spouse or F2 child violates his or her 

nonimmigrant status by engaging in full time study

并且我看到有的学校在F2拿到APPROVAL之前是不允许F2上课的

那么我想知道我PENDING状态的时候选课是不是就算违反了USCIS的规定呢？
