请老师们帮忙回答谢谢了，关于父母green card问题。

请问大家是否发现USCIS online checking status 改变了，现在只有 received, acceptance, etc，不像以前，移民局发出的每一封信都会在online checking status 上查到，万一信丢了，还可以去询问。现在根本就不知道parent green card application 要求面试的信是否发出或弄丢了。请问有什么办法吗？ It is been sever month since fingerprints done. thanks.
