请教婚姻绿卡面试护照上写i485pending

今天面试，带了小孩去，问了些基本问题像怎么认识地址等和485上问题。要了共同帐号，照片然后说要mail decision 我问要多久，说一个月。还有在护照上写i485 pending 和a#以及sec 245。请问在护照上写这些意味着什么？谢谢！
